As the successor to the Blu-ray Disc, the Ultra HD Blu-ray is an optical data storage device for movies in ultra-high definition format. The eponymous Ultra HD resolution is a maximum of 3840 × 2160 pixels. In contrast to its predecessor, it also supports a higher contrast range, a higher refresh rate and a larger color space. Normal Blu-ray players cannot play the new media. Ultra HD Blu-ray-capable devices are usually backward compatible.

Billie Clark wohnt in einem üblen Viertel. Gewalt ist hier an der Tagesordnung. Einbrüche, Raubüberfälle und nahezu an jeder Ecke lauert ein Frauenschänder. Als man der jungen Frau versucht die Autoreifen zu stehlen, nimmt sie die Sache selbst in die Hand und verdrischt die Halunken. Deren Anführer revanchiert sich und macht im Gegenzug Billies Oma kalt. Als sie kurz darauf eine Vergewaltigung verhindert, die Täter allerdings mit windigen Tricks einer Verurteilung entgehen, platzt ihr endgültig der Kragen. Die Prüfung für den schwarzen Gürtel in Karate erst kürzlich bestanden, räumt sie in ihrem Viertel gnadenlos auf und kloppt dem Gesindel gleich reihenweise die dreckigen Zähne aus dem Maul.
