Historical drama based on the final confession of one of the main architects of the Nazi holocaust, prior to his execution in Israel in 1962. After being abducted by Israeli secret service agents in Argentina in 1960, where he had fled after WWII, Adolf Eichmann (Thomas Kretschmann), is brought back to Israel to stand trial for crimes against humanity. A young Israeli Police officer, Captain Avner Less (Troy Garity), is handed the responsibility of interrogating the former S. S. Lieutenant Colonel, a task which develops into a cat-and-mouse battle of wills, starkly contrasting their opposing ideologies.
