J.C. Wiatt, genannt »Tiger Lady«, ist eine typische Karrierefrau - 16-Stunden-Tag und Yuppiefreund. Sie trifft fast der Schlag, als sie erfährt, dass sie ein 13 Monate altes Baby geerbt hat. Das kleine Wesen stellt ihr Leben erst mal grundlegend auf den Kopf. Aber dann wird das, was sie als Katastrophe ansah, zum Besten, das ihr je passieren konnte.
J.C. erbt ein Baby, das ihre Welt gehörig auf den Kopf stellt. Was zunächst als Karrierehindernis erscheint, entpuppt sich zum glücklichen Zufall.
