About the film
Der 12-jährige Shaun ist ein biederer Außenseiter. Seine Hosen, seine Schuhe, seine Haare – alles an ihm ist uncool. Das lassen ihn seine Mitschüler ständig spüren. Doch das Blatt wendet sich, als eine Truppe von Skinheads den Zwölfjährigen unter ihre Fittiche nimmt. Zum ersten Mal fühlt Shaun sich akzeptiert und geborgen in der Clique. Mit neuem Outfit, Doc Martin’s, geschorenem Kopf und einer ganzen Gang hinter sich ist der vaterlose Halbwaise plötzlich jemand – er gehört dazu.
