Im Mai 2011 fuhr Neil Young in einem 1956er Crown Victoria von seinem idyllischen Heimatstädtchen Omemee, Ontario nach Toronto, in die legendäre Massey Hall, wo er in intimer Atmosphäre die letzten beiden Konzerte seiner Solo-Welttournee gab. Demme, ein langjähriger Fan und Mitstreiter, griff Youngs Erzählungen auf und verwob sie meisterhaft mit seiner Musik, darunter Live-Auftritte des Albums Le Noise (2010) und Klassikern wie "Ohio", "Hey Hey, My My", "I Believe in You" sowie die noch unveröffentlichten Songs "Leia" und "You Never Call".
