About the film

Nachdem es den Soldaten der Spezialeinheit G. I. Joe einmal mehr gelungen ist, ihre Gegner von der Terroristenorganisation Cobra in die Schranken zu verweisen, verbünden sich diese mit Cobra-La, einer uralten Zivilisation von Schlangenmenschen. Deren Anführer Globulus plant ein Gewächs ins All zu schießen, dessen Sporen die Menschheit mutieren lassen sollen. Dazu benötigt er jedoch ein neu entwickeltes Gerät der G. I. Joe, das ihm Cobra-Chef Serpentor beschaffen soll.
