About the film

Wenn Eva Spanberger, Verkäuferin in der Schallplatten- Abteilung eines Münchner Warenhauses, geahnt hätte, dass das Paradies, das sie geerbt hat, sich als halbverfallenes Hotel am Ufer des Mondsees im Salzkammergut entpuppen würde, hätte sie vermutlich gar nicht erst … So aber fährt sie mit ihrer Freundin ahnungslos in jenes Paradies. Der kleine, armselige Gasthof legt sich mit einem ansässigen, großen Luxushotel an und bringt das Urlaubsidyll gewaltig durcheinander. Unternehmungsgeist und Liebesverbindungen lassen am See wieder Ruhe einkehren.
