The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.
DVDMost of the offered DVDs have the region code 2 for Europe and the PAL picture format. However, we also offer releases from the USA, which come on the market in NTSC format and with the country code 1. This is then indicated in our item details.

Harry Mitchell hat ein gutes Leben: Einen tollen Job, ein schnelles Auto, eine attraktive Ehefrau, die gerade politisch Karriere macht - und obendrein hält er sich noch eine junge Geliebte. Doch dummerweise wurde er beim außerehelichen Liebesspiel gefilmt und wird nun von drei Männern mit eben diesen Aufnahmen erpresst. Harry hält sich aber für schlau genug, die Erpresser auszutricksen und sich aus der Affäre winden zu können. Dies geht jedoch gehörig schief: Die Männer töten seine Geliebte und drohen, ihm den Mord mittels Filmaufnahmen anzuhängen, wenn er weiterhin die Zahlung verweigert. Der Einsatz für Harry ist somit drastisch gestiegen: Nicht nur seine Ehe, sondern sein ganzes Leben sind nun in größter Gefahr.
