Die vier Musikerkatzen, Lampo, Milady, Pilou und Metti, leben im Haus von Oma Pina, einer entzückenden alten Frau, die sich um sie kümmert. Nachdem sie die Garage in ein "Clubhaus" verwandelt haben, spielen sie dort mit ihrer Band, den "Buffycats", und treffen sich mit den anderen Katzen in der Nachbarschaft, um über alltägliche Probleme zu sprechen und anderen Katzen in Schwierigkeiten zu helfen.
