Mit 13 bislang unveröffentlichten Tracks plus 14 Bonus Tracks, die von dem größten Ray Charles Experten Joël Dufour produziert wurden, enthält dieses 4 CD Set erstmals das komplette Live Konzert, das Ray Charles im Juli 1961 in Antibes / Juan-Les-Pins spielte.
Es war Ray Charles erste Konzert Buchung außerhalb der USA und damit das erste in einer Reihe von Konzerten, die den Respekt des französischen Publikums für diesen Ausnahmekünstler begründeten. Als Joël Dufour das Material für dieses Set zusammenstellte, nahm er auch eine große Anzahl an Bonus Tracks und bisher unveröffentlichtes Material hinzu, um zu zeigen, dass Ray neben seinen solistischen Fähigkeiten auch ein fantastischer Begleiter war.
