Moon (Haewon Moon), eine Jazz-Diva aus Korea, veröffentlicht ihr erstes Standard-Vokalalbum mit Tsuyoshi Yamamoto.
Sie debütierte als Sängerin der koreanischen Jazz-Pop-Gruppe WINTERPLAY. Im Jahr 2016 begann sie ihre Solokarriere. Als ihr Debütalbum Kiss Me (2018) von Universal Music veröffentlicht wurde, sorgte es in Japan für Furore und erreichte Platz 1 der iTunes Jazz Chart und Platz 1 der Pop Chart in Hongkong, womit es das neue Album von Ariana Grande, das in der gleichen Woche veröffentlicht wurde, übertraf.
Die neueste Veröffentlichung der asiatischen Diva ist eine Zusammenarbeit mit Tsuyoshi Yamamoto, einem führenden japanischen Pianisten, der sowohl Audiophile als auch Jazzfans in seinen Bann gezogen hat und auch in Asien sehr beliebt ist. Moons kristallklare Stimme hebt und senkt sich auf Tsuyoshi Yamamotos gefeierten, robusten Anschlag, der von Swing bis zu Balladen reicht. Die Auswahl umfasst Yamamotos gleichnamiges "Misty", das swingende "Twisted" und die melodiöse Ballade "In the Middle of a Kiss". Das Album enthält auch Moons Original 'Look to the Moon' (CD-exklusiv), also insgesamt 12 Titel. Eine LP-Version wird im Juni erscheinen.
