SteepleChase' 1973 release Birdtown Birds by Joe Albany trio recorded live at Copenhagen's famous Jazzhus Montmartre took the world's jazz fans who have all but forgotten about this bebop piano legend by surprise. Joe Albany not only existed but still performed with vigor and authority. Albany concluded his engagement at Montmartre with solo recital which is presented here following the first volume.
