Esteemed for their series of collaborations on the Blue Note label in the late 1960s and early 1970s, vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson and tenor saxophonist Harold Land reunited for concerts and recordings in the early 1980s. Broadcast on the student run UCLA Radio, from Royce Hall on September 27th, 1981, these performances also feature top jazzmen Charlie Haden on double bass and Billy Higgins on drums.
