Hommage
Tommy Reilly (1919–2000) kommt das Verdienst zu, die Mundharmonika auch für die klassische Musik erschlossen zu haben, indem er sich etwa bei der Phrasierung am Geiger Jascha Heifetz orientierte. Die CD ist eine Hommage zum 100. Geburtstag des Musikers, für den beispielsweise Komponisten wie Ralph Vaughan Willams und Gordon Jacob klassische Werke schrieben und dessen Lehrbuch immer noch maßgeblich ist.
