Der belgische Komponist, Cellist und Dirigent Jean-Paul Dessy (*1963) ist seit 1997 künstlerischer Leiter des belgischen Neue-Musik-Ensembles Musiques Nouvelles. Für ihn stellt ein Konzert eine liturgische Handlung dar, Kompositionen sind Prophezeiungen und Klang ist eine Offenbarung. Der Belgier stellt sich hier mit drei Kammermusiken vor, von denen 'O Clock' 2006 für das Ensemble Modern entstand.
