Das Projekt »Absolutely … Ennio Morricone« möchte ein umfassendes Porträt des Komponisten zeichnen, der mit seiner Musik großes Kino schuf und dessen Wurzeln tief in der klassischen Tradition liegen. Sämtliche Werke des ersten Bandes wurden für eines oder mehrere der Instrumente Flöte, Violoncello und Klavier geschrieben oder arrangiert.
