Dem ukrainisch-jüdischen Komponisten Dmitri Klebanow (1907-1987) blieb zwar die Verfolgung durch die Nationalsozialisten erspart, doch zwang ihn der stalinistische Machtapparat 1945 durch strenge Maßregelung in die innere Emigration. Das ARC Ensemble stellt hier im Rahmen seiner verdienstvollen CHANDOS-Reihe zwei Streichquartette und ein Klaviertrio des lange nahezu totgeschwiegenen Komponisten vor.
