Bojan Gorišek ist der führende slowenische Pianist auf dem Feld der Modernen Musik. Mit den Aufnahmen von Philip Glass’ »Etudes for Piano Nos. 11-20«, erfüllte Gorišek den Wunsch von vielen seiner Fans. Die Aufnahmen wurden im April 2017 in der Grand Union Hall, Ljubljana, Slowenien, aufgenommen, in denselben Örtlichkeiten in denen 2013 schon die »Etudes for Piano Nos. 1-10« entstanden. Gorišek - ein exzellenter Pianist – erlaubt sich einige interpretatorische Freiheiten, aber diese funktionieren auf faszinierende Art. Seine Darbietung der »Metamorphosis« gilt allgemein als die Beste je aufgenommene. Goriseks Note ist perfekt auf dem ganzen Album.
