To enjoy the music in high-end quality, a special SACD player is required. Thanks to the hybrid function, most of the products marked "SACD" in our store can also be played on conventional CD players. In this case, however, the sound does not differ from that of a normal CD. In case of deviations, we point this out separately (non-hybrid).

Erfreulicherweise scheint sich die Bratsche in letzter Zeit von ihrem belächelten Mauerblümchendasein zu lösen und endlich auch von einem breiten Publikum als expressives Instrument mit zahlreichen Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten ernstgenommen zu werden. Ihrer Aufnahme mit Werken für Viola und Klavier hat die chinesische Bratschistin Peijun Xu (*1985) ein persönliches Vorwort vorangestellt, das eine außergewöhnlich hingebungsvolle und emotionale Künstlerpersönlichkeit offenbart, für die Musik immer auch Ausdruck der Seele ist. Dieses künstlerische Credo hat sie mit dieser Einspielung eindrucksvoll umgesetzt.
