In dieser Box treffen die drei Giganten des Tanzes mit ihren Werken aufeinander und garantieren mehr als 11 Stunden buntes, ergreifendes, elegantes und mitreißendes Tanztheater. Bei „Jewels“ kommen zu den Schmuckstücken des Juweliers Claude Arpels die tänzerischen Kostbarkeiten von George Balanchine. Die musikalischen Pretiosen lieferten Gabriel Fauré, Igor Strawinsky und Peter Tschaikowky. Der Roman "Die Kameliendame" von Alexandre Dumas diente John Neumeier zu seiner Choreographie für dieses fesselnde TanzDrama, das mit der hinreißenden Musik von Frederic Chopin zu einem Glanzlicht des neoklassischen Balletts verschmilzt. Nureyevs bunte „Filmstar“Version von Prokofievs Aschenbrödel orientiert sich an dem klassischen Handlungsverlauf von Perrault, lässt die Geschichte jedoch vor dem Hintergrund der amerikanischen Depression der 30er und 40er Jahre spielen. Nureyevs "Schwanensee" ist weit entfernt von den Stereotypen dieses gefeierten Meisterwerkes, vielmehr ist sie ein erstaunliches, kraftvolles Exposé menschlicher Gefühlregung.
