Klappentext
A whispering voice haunts us. A Goddess woos us. A mysterious ship ensnares us. A city enthralls us. A monster lover seduces us. We live long lives, we fall in lust and love, we hunger, we drift on mysterious seas, we talk to our ancestors, we trek through dystopian deserts, and we play with strange puppets.
"Who Am I?" is a bold, genre-spanning anthology featuring 23 global, sapphic writers that offers fiction that is strange, dark, haunting, and introspective.
The collection features six Australians, and an all-Australian line-up of editors and artists. It explores the expanse of sapphic identity and purpose through the lens of fantasy, science fiction, horror, contemporary, fairy tale, mythic, urban, gothic, comedic, cosmic, and the just plain weird. With diverse sapphic representation and a global roster of established and emerging authors, this volume showcases the length and breadth of sapphic speculative fiction. At the heart of each story is a sapphic female or nonbinary character defining who they are by their own actions and choices.
From editors Veronica Holmes, Ella T. Holmes, and Kate Orman, and featuring cover art and illustrations by Annalise Jensen, Holly Adkins, and Ella T. Holmes.
