Biography (Ulrich Haltern)

Ulrich Haltern geboren 1967, ist seit 2004 Professor an der Leibniz Universität Hannover und lehrt Öffentliches Recht, Völker- und Europarecht, Rechtsvergleichung und Rechtsphilosophie. Er hat u. a. in Harvard und Yale studiert und an den Law Schools der Universitäten Yale, Michigan und Connecticut unterrichtet.
