This calendar highlights 12 images of this serene and much-loved colour pairing. A fine new art calendar from Flame Tree.
From Islamic tile panels and examples of Chinese ornament, to Japanese furnishings, Nigerian indigo-dyed cloths, and eighteenth century plate-printed cottons, the combination of blue and white hues has been popular across cultures and techniques for centuries. This calendar highlights a selection of objects from the magnificent V&A collections, celebrating this serene and much-loved colour pairing, which forever conveys a sense of high-quality craftsmanship and tradition. Informative text accompanies each work and the datepad features previous and next month's views. Printed on FSC-certified paper, with plastic-free packaging.
