Biografie
Tim Butcher, Jahrgang 1967 und Oxford-Absolvent, ist seit 1990 Journalist beim englischen "Daily Telegraph". Er arbeitete für die Zeitung als Kriegsberichterstatter unter anderem im Irak, Kosovo, in Bosnien und Sierra Leone. Mehrere Jahre war er Afrikakorrespondent mit Sitz in Johannesburg. Gegenwärtig ist er der Nahostkorrespondent und lebt in Jerusalem.
