Privatdozentin Dr.-Ing. Iris Gräßler war nach Ihrem Maschinenbaustudium an der RWTH Aachen am Lehrstuhl für Produktionssystematik,Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, RWTH Aachen, Projektleiterin für Reorganisationsprojekte in der Automobilindustrie und promovierte zumThemenfeld Simultaneous Engineering. Ihr praktisches Wissen zum Thema Kundenindividuelle Massenproduktion baute sie während ihrer anschließenden Tätigkeit als interne Unternehmensberaterin der Robert Bosch GmbH aus.
