To most people, Spirits are nothing more than fiction, but to Psychic-for-hire Jared Frost and his partner Vincent, Spirits pay the bills. During their time on the job, they've seen things that most people only have nightmares about. Possessions, hauntings, and even a Spirit-born disease haven't been enough to scare off this dynamic duo. They assume they've seen everything the Spirit world could throw at them until they're approached by a woman seeking their help to find an explanation for her uncle's mysterious coma that doctors can't seem to explain. Agreeing to take the job so they can at least give her some peace of mind, they follow a trail of breadcrumbs and learn that a Psychic with abilities similar to Jared's is responsible. When they come to blows, Jared and Vincent soon discover that when two Psychics with power over the dead clash, almost anything can happen.
