Shawn Brooks: Robert, After Bob, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

I never grew up thinking I would become a comedian. No one looked at me as a kid and thought I'd end up on stage making people laugh. If anything, my experiences and perspective felt more like the foundation for something serious, not something comedic.

But somewhere along the way, things started to shift. Moments that should've been stressful, awkward, or straight-up painful started turning into stories. Those stories turned into laughs. And before I really understood what was happening, I was chasing the feeling you get in that split second where a room full of strangers connects with you and laughs-not just because it's a joke-but because they recognize it as something real.

This isn't a story about deciding to be a comedian. It's about becoming one without realizing it and the experiences that made it feel almost inevitable.
