Biography (Sabahattin Ali)
Sabahattin Ali wurde 1907 in Gümülcine (im heutigen Bulgarien) geboren. Von 1928 bis 1930 studierte er in Deutschland und unterrichtete später Deutsch in der Türkei. Wegen seiner kritischen Haltung wurde Sabahattin Ali immer wieder verhaftet. Am 2. April 1948 wurde er beim Versuch, nach Bulgarien zu fliehen, ermordet.Notes:
