Rufus Butler Seder hat lange Zeit als Filmproduzent gearbeitet. Er kennt sich aus mit den immer raffinierter werdenden Spezialeffekten. Sein Ehrgeiz war es, stets voller Bewunderung für die Pioniere des bewegten Bildes, bewegte Bilder ohne Elektriztät und dreidimensionale Teile zu erzeugen.
