Of all the things I might have expected to happen to me, once I'd left home at the age of 18, becoming a voracious overeater was not one of them. I had not grown up dieting, nor did I have any special interest in food. But then, neither did I expect to find myself in Australia, or the Arctic Circle, or on a deserted road in Fiji.

These adventures lead me back to re-discovering myself, and along the way, to losing the extra weight that I had piled on while living in Sydney.

My intention is that some of my insights will be useful for you. But, if not, at least it has been an adventure story, which has hopefully, entertained you.
