Biography

Robert Sullivan ( 1967) debütierte 1990 mit dem Gedichtband Jazz Waiata , der vom neuseeländischen PEN als Best First Book of Poetry ausgezeichnet wurde. Sullivan gilt heute als einer der bedeutendsten Maori-stämmigen Dichter und Schriftsteller. Sein Oeuvre umfasst Gedichtbände, Romane, Kurzgeschichten und zahlreiche andere Veröffentlichungen.
