Biografie
Richard Brautigan, geboren 1935 im US-Staat Washington, gehört zu den amerikanischen Kultautoren. Wie nur wenige vermochte er in den sechziger und siebziger Jahren das Lebensgefühl einer ganzen Generation widerzugeben. Mehr als ein Dutzend Bücher von ihm wurden ins Deutsche übersetzt. 1984 schied er freiwillig aus dem Leben.
