Podböanský Rohozec is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 5.62 square kilometres (2.17 sq mi), and has a population of 135 (as at 28 August 2006). Podböanský Rohozec lies approximately 42 kilometres (26 mi) south-west of Louny, 75 km (47 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 84 km (52 mi) west of Prague. Louny District (Czech: Okres Louny) is one of seven districts (okres) located within the Ústí nad Labem Region (Ústecký kraj) in the Czech Republic. Its administrative center is the city of Louny. Ústí nad Labem Region (Czech: Ústecký kraj) is an administrative unit (Czech: kraj) of the Czech Republic, located in the north-western part of its historical region of Bohemia. It is named after its capital Ústí nad Labem.
