Podbiele [pdbjl] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Luboty, within Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 101 km (63 mi) north-east of Warsaw. Gmina Stary Luboty is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Stary Luboty, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 100 km (62 mi) north-east of Warsaw. The gmina covers an area of 109.16 square kilometres (42.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3, 984. Ostrów Mazowiecka County (Polish: powiat ostrowski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998.
