NOÖ Journal is a quarterly literary and political magazine edited by Mike Young and Ryan Call that appears online and in print. NOÖ publishes short fiction, flash fiction, poetry, art showcases and topical essays. Authors published in NOÖ Journal include both notable fiction writers and poets--such as Richard Grayson, Jennifer L. Knox, Ron Padgett, Dennis Cooper, D. A.
