Biografie (Michel Henry)
Michel Henry (1922-2002), Studium der Philosophie, Teilnahme am französischen Widerstand im Zweiten Weltkrieg, Ordinarius für Philosophie an der Universität Montpellier bis 1987. Maßgebliche Werke in zahlreichen Übersetzungen über das rein phänomenologische Leben als Selbsterscheinen, Affektivität, Leiblichkeit, Produktion, Trieb und Ästhetik; außerdem literarisches Schaffen als Romanschriftsteller. Henry ist einer der bedeutendsten phänomenologischen Vordenker.
