'Asset Recovery in Juvenile Criminal Law': The study analyses the tension between the law on asset recovery and the principles of juvenile criminal law. By examining the legislative intent behind the 2017 reform, it evaluates various possible solutions to resolve this tension. Ultimately, the study argues for taking into account both the special and general preventive purposes of confiscation on a case-by-case basis in order to reflect the legislator's intent and the structure of the legal framework as far as possible.
