Through this book, "Energy Management Mantras for Caregivers," I have shared incidences, stories, thoughts, belief systems, practices, and principles that I have developed as my coping skills to overcome the burnout from taking care of my son, Parag, who has autism. These coping skills have enamored me to carry out my roles and responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm, along with being a loving and caring mother.
