Biografie (Jürg Kuster)

Jürg Kuster, dipl. Ingenieur ETH§Studium der Elektrotechnik an der ETH Zürich. Insgesamt mehr als 11 Jahre als Manager und Projektleiter in verschiedenen Unternehmen in der Informatik tätig. Experte für die eidgenössischen Fachprüfungen zum Informatikprojektleiter und Wirtschaftsinformatiker. Dozent an verschiedenen Ausbildungsinstituten. Inhaber der Pentacon AG in Winterthur und seit 2008 Geschäftsleiter der BWI Management Weiterbildung der ETH Zürich. Befasst sich heute vor allem mit Managementtraining, Projekt-Coaching, Entwicklung und Einführung von unternehmensweiten Projektmanagement-Standards und Weiterbildungskonzepten.

Biografie (Robert Lippmann)

Robert Lippmann, lic. oec. publ. Uni Zürich§Kaufm. Lehre, Studium Betriebswirtschaft. Weiterbildungen in Gruppendynamik (DAGG/SAAP), Arbeits- und Betriebspsychologie und Nachdiplomstudium für Unternehmensentwicklung (NDU SNU). Seit 1990 als Management-Trainer und Berater tätig. Seit 1996 selbständiger Berater, Projektleiter, Trainer und Coach in Industrie, Dienstleistung und öffentlicher Verwaltung, vor allem in Projektmanagement, Führung, Coaching, Kommunikation und Moderation. Spezialisiert auf operative Umsetzung von Konzepten und Projekten. Seit 2005 Teilzeitanstellung als Coach und OE-Berater für das Senior Management einer grossen Dienstleistungsfirma.
