Craig & Co.: On Artistry, Gebunden

Klappentext

This stunning debut monograph celebrates the timeless architecture and interiors of Craig & Co. whose signature style blends classical influences and modern sophistication, highlighting her firm's collaborations with artists, artisans, and craftspeople.

As founder of the award-winning firm Craig & Co., with studios in Chicago, New York, and Sagaponack, Craig brings together architecture, interiors, and decorative arts effortlessly. Her recent projects include a serene New Hampshire family compound, a Wisconsin lake house, a Hamptons barn, and homes across Florida, New York, and Illinois.

Throughout the book, Craig reveals how partnerships with artists and artisans in leather, plaster, metal, wood, and textiles bring each project to life. Behind-the-scenes sketches, drawings, and process photos show how handcrafted details---large and small---shape every space the firm creates, whether a historic renovation, a new build, or a refined interior. Readers are invited into an array of projects including a Chicago apartment inspired by French decorative history, a penthouse dining room wrapped in gold mesh and glass with a glowing blown-glass ceiling, and a chic restored women's club in Chicago with a lounge featuring dramatic black-and-gold murals reminiscent of Art Deco glamour.
