We are proud of our Executive MBA graduates - Class of 2025, together with whom we have succeeded in releasing the fifth volume of "IN SEARCH OF TOMORROW - Critical thinking about the Romanian and International Business Environment". This book continues a tradition started in 2019 when, as in this case, the students enrolled in the Executive MBA organised by Transilvania Executive Education (now, in cooperation with the University of Buckingham), decided to collect and publish their best essays produced during their MBA programme. These contributions reflect both the intellectual discipline and the professional insight that define the EMBA journey. So, the present edition comes as proof of the utility and the appreciations the previous ones have received since their launch. Taken together, these essays illustrate the intellectual breadth and practical orientation of our Executive MBA programme. From financial analysis and marketing strategy to governance reform, leadership reflexivity, innovation, and sustainability, the contributions all share a common thread: they are anchored in the lived experiences of managers and entrepreneurs who are willing to test theory against practice. Each chapter adds a piece to the puzzle of contemporary business challenges: financial education, family governance, organizational leadership, financial and operational strategy, entrepreneurial innovation, energy transitions, and systemic organizational learning. Individually, they reflect personal journeys of inquiry and discovery. Collectively, they demonstrate the capacity of Romania's executives to engage critically with global challenges while grounding their insights in local realities.
