Biografie
Greta Thunberg, geboren 2003, ist eine schwedische Klimaschutzaktivistin. Ihre Auftritte bei der UN-Klimakonferenz in Kattowitz und dem Weltwirtschaftsforum in Davos sorgten für großes Aufsehen. Die von ihr initiierten Schulstreiks für das Klima sind inzwischen zu der globalen Bewegung #FridaysForFuture geworden. Gretas Eltern Malena Ernman und Svante Thunberg sind in Schweden nicht unbekannt: Malena ist eine erfolgreiche Opernsängerin und Mitglied der Königlich Schwedischen Akademie; 2009 vertrat sie Schweden beim Eurovision Song Contest. Svante ist Schauspieler und Produzent. Zusammen mit Gretas jüngerer Schwester Beata widmet die gesamte Familie ihr Leben dem Klimaschutz. Greta Thunberg erhält 2019 den Alternativen Nobelpreis.
