'Reform of Intentional Avoidance through Statutory Adjustment in the Context of the Cash Transaction Privilege Provision of the German Insolvency Code?': The thesis examines the question of whether the reform of the privilege for cash transaction in the German Insolvency Code is accompanied by a correction of the statutory regulation on intentional avoidance. It compares the interplay of these two statutory provisions before and after the reform of German insolvency law in 2017. Taking into account the situation of companies in economic crisis, conclusions are drawn as to whether and how the reform affects the avoidance of intentional transactions.
