Biography

Dr. med. Christiane Northrup ist Ärztin für Frauenheilkunde. 1986 gründete sie in Yarmouth, Maine, zusammen mit drei anderen Ärztinnen das Zentrum "Women to Women", das sich auf die weibliche Gesundheit spezialisiert hat und in den gesamten Vereinigten Staaten zu einem Vorbild für Frauenkliniken wurde. Heute widmet sie sich ausschließlich der Forschung und Lehre, hat eine eigene Fernsehsendung und hält überall in den USA Vorträge. Sie gilt international als Kapazität in Fragen der Frauengesundheit.
