It explores the concept of sexual harassment from both legal and societal perspectives and offers a critical analysis of the legislative process that led to the provision's adoption. The work further questions prevailing approaches to the protected legal interest of sexual self-determination. Particular attention is paid to the constituent elements of the offence, as well as to existing gaps in protection and inconsistencies in legal evaluation. The study concludes by proposing a reform and argues that the current provision fails to achieve its intended objectives.
