Biography (Ann Hood)
Ann Hood, geboren im amerikanischen West Warwick, Rhode Island, arbeitete nach ihrem Englischstudium zunächst als Flugbegleiterin, bevor sie mit dem Schreiben begann. Sie hat bisher sieben Romane geschrieben sowie Sachbücher, Kurzgeschichten und Kolumnen. Die geheimen Fäden der Liebe beruht auf Ann Hoods eigener Erfahrung nach dem Tod ihrer Tochter. Sie lebt heute mit ihrer Familie in Providence, Rhode Island.
