Biography (Andreas Fischer)
Andreas Fischer arbeitet als Physiotherapeut und Athletiktrainer. Er ist Erfinder und Entwickler des CrossAthletik-Konzepts und der Sportart „Evolution of Sport“, die auf den von ihm entwickelten „Zehn heilende Bewegungen“ beruhen. Er ist Master-Instruktor und Ausbilder im CrossAthletik-Konzept, gibt Seminare und Workshops, und bietet Trainingsprogramme für verschiedene Schwerpunktbereiche an wie: • Mobilität- und Beweglichkeitstraining, • Grundlagen- und Gesundheitstraining, • funktionelles Hypertrophietraining, • metabolische Cardio-Programme, • spezielle Sportprogramme zur Entwicklung der Kraftausdauer sowie • spezielle Sportprogramme zur Entwicklung der Maximal- und Schnellkraft. Er ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren ein erfahrener Athlet und unter anderem im Besitz des Titels „Master of Sport“ CrossAthletik.
