Klappentext
For fans of Peter H. Reynolds and Corinna Luyken comes a celebration of creativity and self-expression by author-illustrator Allysa Adams, a treat for all young artists.
One day, Sam draws something.
And she knows it's good---really, really good.
But her sister, Violet, has some suggestions. So, Sam makes a few changes. And to her surprise, her parents have notes too. Soon her friends and even her dog all have their own opinions on Sam's drawing. "More fur, more rainbows, more zigzags," more this, and definitely more that. With all these opinions, Sam's frustration grows, as she struggles to reclaim her art and listen to the most important voice of all, her own.
In her author-illustrator debut, Allysa Adams shares a remarkable story of finding your voice and staying true to who you are even in the face of criticism.
