Biography
Adam Tooze hat sich mit seinen Veröffentlichungen zur deutschen Industriegeschichte einen Namen als Wirtschaftshistoriker gemacht. 2002 erhielt er für seine Arbeit den Philip Leverhulme Prize für Geschichte. Einem breiteren Publikum wurde er durch seine Debatte mit Götz Aly um dessen Buch "Hitlers Volksstaat" bekannt. Tooze lehrt neuere europäische Wirtschaftsgeschichte in Cambridge.
