Klappentext
Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. XETAR-AM is an indigenous community radio station that broadcasts in Spanish, Tarahumara and Tepehuano from Guachochi, in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It is run by the Cultural Indigenist Broadcasting System (SRCI) of the National Commission for the Development of Indigenous Peoples (CDI). Community radio is a type of radio service, that offers a third model of radio broadcasting beyond commercial and public service. Community stations can serve geographic communities and communities of interest. They broadcast content that is popular to a local / specific audience but which may often be overlooked by commercial or mass-media broadcasters.
